DevOps & ALM Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps & ALM Administrator with 4‑6 years of experience to manage and optimise our CI/CD pipelines, version‑control platforms and collaboration tools. You will act as the primary administrator for enterprise Git ecosystems, Jira and FlexDeploy, ensuring smooth release management and high tool availability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Bitbucket and GitHub, including access control, branching strategies and security policies.
• Serve as the main Jira Administrator, managing custom workflows, permission schemes, screens, fields and reporting dashboards.
• Design, build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using FlexDeploy, configuring environments and release topologies.
• Troubleshoot complex Git issues, deployment failures and environment‑related problems.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and custom integrations via REST APIs.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, build/release management or tools administration.
• Strong understanding of Git architecture and enterprise‑level administration.
• Proven experience with Jira administration (Cloud or Data Center) and workflow customisation.
• Practical knowledge of FlexDeploy or comparable release orchestration tools.
