DevOps Team Lead

About the role

The DevOps Team Lead will drive the design, automation and delivery of our infrastructure and application pipelines. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with developers and IT staff to ensure reliable, repeatable releases across all environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube and Nexus.
• Implement configuration management and automated deployment processes for servers and cloud resources.
• Manage source code repositories (GitHub, SVN) and oversee version‑control best practices.
• Develop and maintain scripting solutions for infrastructure provisioning and mass system deployments.
• Coordinate code releases with development and operations teams, ensuring smooth deployments in development, testing and production.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools or practices to improve delivery speed and quality.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems, with 4–6 years dedicated to DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CI tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus.
• Proficiency in source‑code management: GitHub, SVN.
• Solid scripting abilities (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of configuration management and automated deployment technologies.
