Digital Architect - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's Advisory line in Cairo is hiring a Digital Architect Senior Manager. The role leads architecture assessments, maturity analyses and technology roadmaps for client digital ecosystems, turning business and user experience goals into architecture blueprints for omnichannel engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture assessments, maturity analyses and technology roadmaps for client digital ecosystems
• Translate business and user experience goals into target architecture blueprints for omnichannel engagement
• Design end-to-end architectures for web, mobile apps, chatbots and social integrations
• Define integration patterns across customer-facing systems, core platforms, middleware, APIs and cloud services
• Develop architecture deliverables, solution designs, integration diagrams, reference architectures and implementation guidelines
• Provide technical leadership during delivery, ensuring alignment to architecture principles, performance and security standards
• Advise clients on platform and vendor selection, define architecture standards and enforce governance
• Support DevOps, CI/CD and agile delivery models within client projects

Required profile

• Egyptian citizenship with eligibility and willingness to travel and work internationally
• 8-12 years of experience
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter), responsive design and UX best practices
• Experience designing and building scalable microservices, RESTful APIs and secure integration layers
• Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, security, scalability and multi-channel performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, able to influence senior stakeholders

Required skills

• Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Flutter
• Backend frameworks.NET Core, Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js
• Agile delivery, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Enterprise architecture and integration

Preferred: experience in multinational environments, mentoring junior architects, and strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. The role is based in Cairo.
