Digital Content Hub Lead

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Digital Content Hub Lead to drive digital excellence, creative technology, and community growth for its iconic brands. The role will shape and execute the "Others Say" strategy, leveraging influencer voices to amplify brand messages and build authentic trust with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Champion content strategy and act as the creative social driver within the Media Team.
• Develop and deliver best‑in‑class digital, social advertising, social commerce, and influencer management initiatives.
• Coordinate with the media head to prioritize and optimise the Cairo Hub workflow and resources.
• Lead the DMC Content Community and ensure seamless collaboration across brand, media, and innovation teams.
• Design and implement external communications, PR, and influencer marketing strategies for assigned brands.
• Create an annual integrated communications plan for brand social pages and define the online brand persona.
• Partner with brand marketing teams on campaigns, new product launches, and innovation projects, delivering tailored plans and assets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date brand statements and lead measurement of the "Others Say" impact, developing appropriate tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital content, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.
• Strong ability to design and grow online communities and purpose‑driven communications.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with brand managers, media leads, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with a track record of delivering innovative, impactful campaigns.
