About the role
The Digital Forensics Incident Response Tech Lead will help Deloitte clients respond to cyber incidents such as data leaks, ransomware, and suspicious network activity. You will lead technical investigations, provide tactical advice, and ensure rapid restoration of business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical investigations of cyber incidents using log analysis, Windows event logs, Linux artifacts, EDR, and network monitoring tools.
- Analyze malware, threat intelligence, and related sources to support incident response.
- Provide tactical guidance on triage, containment, eradication, and coordination during cyber incidents.
- Perform forensic analysis of systems, networks, and memory.
- Conduct compromise assessments and threat‑hunting projects using SIEM and EDR tooling.
- Create custom Python scripts for parsing logs, data sets, and disk images.
