Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support Parkville’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and executing digital campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a consistent online presence that reflects the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display advertising, and SEO.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media analytics, providing regular reports and optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices and user‑friendly design.
• Manage internal and external access levels for digital assets.
• Prepare periodic reports on brand mentions, word‑of‑mouth activity, and competitor analysis.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and propose new initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and optimise paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
