Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Halla App, a fast‑growing digital travel platform in Egypt, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online acquisition and brand‑building efforts. Based in Al Mahallah al Kubra, you will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive app downloads, bookings and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid and organic digital marketing strategies across social media, search and display networks.
• Manage the company’s social media channels, create content calendars and coordinate with design and copy teams.
• Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators using Google Analytics and in‑app analytics tools.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, measure ROI and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Implement lead‑generation initiatives to attract qualified users and increase conversion rates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel‑industry trends and digital marketing best practices in the Egyptian market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel digital campaigns, preferably in travel, hospitality or consumer mobile apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage several projects in a fast‑paced environment.
