Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Al-Marasem Development is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimise digital strategies that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and align with business goals. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, oversee website performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance metrics.
• Oversee website content, user experience and SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic.
• Lead the social media strategy, maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to nurture leads and support customer acquisition.
• Work with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure all digital activities follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with creative, sales and external partners.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends and best practices.
