Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The role blends performance marketing with hands‑on content creation, requiring collaboration with writers, designers, and video editors to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversions) and adjust bids, audiences, and creatives.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
• Manage advertising budgets and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Develop content ideas, organise shoots, and capture short‑form photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Coordinate with writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule publishing across digital platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
