Digital Marketing Specialist (Senior)

About the role

Fab‑Minds is an AI‑driven startup that creates personalized 3D‑printed products for B2C and B2B markets. We are looking for a senior‑level Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, drive engagement and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimise paid‑media campaigns daily to improve ROI and key performance indicators.
• Maintain media plans, including budgeting, execution, reporting, optimisation and invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare media proposals with timing and cost breakdowns and advise creative teams on optimal media mixes.
• Negotiate advertising rates that align with the media strategy and monitor campaign performance.
• Identify target audiences, plan and launch media campaigns across new platforms and channels.
• Research advertising trends, competitor pricing and product offerings.
• Create, publish and manage digital content, email marketing campaigns and social‑media posts.
• Measure digital traffic using Google Analytics and monitor campaign metrics.
• Manage advertising budgets and maintain spending records.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand advertising or online media buying, preferably in a startup environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, dynamic setting.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with strong strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player, self‑motivated and able to collaborate across functions.
