Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Organo Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and generate leads. You will oversee the marketing team’s daily activities and ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate the marketing team’s daily tasks.
• Manage social media platforms, email marketing, digital campaigns, and website content.
• Oversee branding consistency across all marketing materials.
• Create, review, and approve graphic designs for social media, ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high‑quality creative content.
• Plan, optimize, and monitor SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and design innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and graphic design.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining high‑quality creative standards.
