Direct Sales Agent

About the role

MetLife Egypt is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to join its team in Cairo. In this full‑time hybrid position you will engage with individuals and businesses, understand their financial protection needs and propose tailored insurance and wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, health, retirement or wealth‑management products.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain and update client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Customer service and relationship‑management proficiency.
• Basic understanding of finance and insurance concepts.
