Director of Educational Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to drive the execution of its proven accelerated‑learning model across multiple schools worldwide. This remote position will translate learning‑science research into operational frameworks, ensure consistent performance, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that turn learning‑science principles into actionable curriculum design, student motivation systems, and product functionality.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to maintain alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across all school teams.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into ecosystem assessments that identify obstacles to accelerated learning and propose concrete solutions.
• Ensure strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning externally, delivering keynote presentations and engaging with Ministries of Education to promote systemic transformation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading academic teams directly and delivering measurable learning outcomes.
• Experience creating and scaling validated learning‑science systems, preferably with AI‑driven tutoring or mastery‑based progression.
• Strong ability to translate scientific research into operational rigor and to communicate the value proposition to global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated credibility as a public advocate for evidence‑based education.
