About the role
The Le Metropole Luxury Heritage Hotel, an iconic 5‑star property in Alexandria, is seeking a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage to lead its culinary and beverage operations. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for delivering world‑class dining experiences that reflect the hotel’s historic elegance while driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, including Blue Harbor Café, Restaurant, and The Cruise Rooftop Lounge.
- Develop and implement luxury service standards and innovative dining concepts.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets to ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a large team of chefs, managers, and service staff.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction and overall brand reputation.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in 5‑star hospitality environments.
- Proven leadership in fine‑dining and luxury service operations.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
