About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is seeking a visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead its employee learning strategy. This senior role will shape a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring staff deliver the exceptional hospitality standards the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate workplace learning and performance improvement programs aligned with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
• Identify learning needs and implement tailored development initiatives that enhance service excellence.
• Promote a continuous learning culture across all departments.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to integrate learning solutions with business priorities.
• Monitor and report on the impact of learning initiatives on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development leadership, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience standards.
• Creative, well‑mannered, and visionary mindset with a passion for talent development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
