Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Dispatcher to join our growing on‑demand delivery platform in Qesm El Nozha. You will be the central hub that coordinates daily delivery operations, ensuring orders are assigned to drivers and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assign orders to drivers and monitor routes using dispatch software and GPS tools.
• Communicate with drivers, customer support, and internal teams to track order status.
• Prioritize urgent orders and adjust schedules in response to traffic or delays.
• Resolve delivery issues, update systems with accurate information, and maintain detailed records.
• Support process improvements and uphold safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities, able to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for clear interaction with drivers and customers.
• Attention to detail in logging orders and updating delivery statuses.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qesm El Nozha with shift‑based schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business education is a plus.
