About the role

The Lucy Rose Clinic is seeking a reliable, organised Dispensary and Lab Technician to join its Alexandria headquarters. This hands‑on role blends the preparation of personalised herbal medicines with support for pathology testing kits and laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and pack personalised herbal medicine prescriptions.
• Pack and dispatch daily patient orders.
• Assemble pathology testing kits and manage inventory levels.
• Conduct stocktakes and place supplier orders.
• Receive, process and prepare pathology specimens for testing.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and assist with diagnostic testing.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, quality‑assurance procedures and a clean work environment.
• Follow SOPs, support workflow improvements and assist the wider team as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency and clear written and spoken English.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently.
• Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in natural health and a desire to build a long‑term healthcare career.
