Dispensing Production Pharmacist

About the role

The Dispensing Production Pharmacist will support the manufacturing team by ensuring all dispensing operations comply with Sanofi quality standards, GMP regulations, and the weekly production plan. This position plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, preventing cross‑contamination, and driving continuous improvement in the dispensing area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operators in dispensing activities and enforce cGMP rules.
• Implement measures to meet the weekly production plan for the Dispensing department.
• Prevent mix‑ups and cross‑contamination during manufacturing.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Report deviations and document any problems with utilities or equipment.
• Train new operators on various processes.
• Collect and review batch manufacturing records.
• Ensure environmental monitoring (pressure, temperature, humidity) before production starts.
• Verify cleaning, disinfection, and clearance of machines, utensils, and rooms according to approved SOPs.
• Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance with Quality and Engineering teams.
• Monitor HSE compliance, ergonomics training, PPE use, and waste‑management measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Very good written and spoken English.
