About the role
The Distribution Sales Specialist will support both new and existing EMEA distributors for ITT’s Goulds brand. The role is split roughly 50% external – identifying and developing new distribution channels, visiting distributors and creating market plans – and 50% internal, providing day‑to‑day operational support to existing partners.
Key responsibilities
- Support the growth of the Goulds EMEA distribution channel.
- Assist in the review, appointment and onboarding of new and existing distributors, including on‑site visits and market‑plan development.
- Manage the ePrism database to ensure distributors can generate quotations and place orders independently.
- Provide daily technical and commercial support for distributors, handling tenders, delivery requests and process queries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop market strategies and recommendation forms.
Required profile
- Fluent French language skills (as indicated by the title).
- Experience supporting distribution channels in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for external visits and internal coordination.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the ePrism sales tool or similar quotation/order management systems.
