About the role

We are a reputable tourism company seeking a motivated Domestic Tour Operator to manage travel bookings and create customized itineraries for clients traveling within Egypt. The role involves close coordination with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic travel bookings and reservations across Egypt.
• Design and customize travel packages based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and local suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Confirm all bookings accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate booking records and produce daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Domestic Tour Operator or in a similar tourism role.
• Good knowledge of domestic destinations, hotels, and tourism services across Egypt.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
