About the role

Join Knauf's Suez Plant as a Dryer Operator, contributing to the production of high‑quality construction materials in a safety‑first, values‑driven environment. You will work on a shift basis, ensuring the dryer and associated equipment run smoothly while adhering to strict health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all company health and safety procedures and place safety above all else.
• Check and secure dryer doors, verify gas and air valves are open and ready.
• Operate machinery such as the bagging line, mixer, stacker, calcination unit, and laminator when trained.
• Provide accurate hand‑over reports at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain clean‑as‑you‑go standards using the 5S methodology.
• Conduct regular equipment integrity checks and record any issues promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed and keep plant downtime to a minimum.
• Comply with all quality systems and participate in continuous improvement projects.
