E-Commerce Associate

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, operates more than 950 stores and a suite of digital platforms. The E‑Commerce Associate will support the day‑to‑day operations of the company’s website and mobile application, ensuring that product information is accurate, the customer journey is seamless, and online sales performance is maximised. This role sits at the intersection of retail, digital commerce and customer service, contributing to the Group’s omnichannel strategy and its commitment to innovation and sustainability. The associate will work closely with retail stores, internal stakeholders and technical teams to resolve customer issues, maintain up‑to‑date inventory, and implement improvements that boost conversion rates. Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the company’s website and mobile application.
• Ensure product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and updated across all online platforms.
• Monitor the customer journey on the website and app to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Coordinate with retail stores and internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and order‑related issues.
• Follow up on customer inquiries received through online channels and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with stores to maintain accurate online inventory.
• Support initiatives to improve online sales performance and conversion rates.
• Identify website or application issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor the performance and presentation of online content.
