E-Commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will lead the optimisation of MTS Globe’s online sales channels, driving revenue and improving booking conversion for our hotel portfolio. You will work closely with contracting, yielding, and supplier integration teams to ensure competitive pricing, accurate content, and seamless technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all online sales platforms to maximise revenue and booking conversion.
• Coordinate with Contracting and Yielding teams to maintain competitive pricing and availability.
• Reduce transfer‑only bookings by improving offer structure and online content.
• Monitor online performance, market positioning, and competitor pricing across platforms.
• Handle contract publication status, blocked contracts, SSG mapping modules, booking notifications, and lookup modules.
• Resolve technical or system issues with Supplier Integration teams and hoteliers.
• Ensure accurate uploading and updating of contracted rates and terms.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, product, finance, and customer‑service teams to implement data correctly.
• Conduct yield‑management reviews and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise and support senior e‑commerce team members, distribute daily tasks, and review performance.
• Communicate regularly with hotel sales teams, e‑commerce partners, and internal departments, escalating critical issues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in hotel e‑commerce, online sales or revenue management.
