About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce & POS Sales Executive to join our outsourced sales team. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, supporting them through onboarding, and maintaining long‑term relationships to drive transaction volume.

Key responsibilities

  • Support merchants and maintain long‑term relationships before and after onboarding.
  • Execute acquisition plans to meet targeted numbers of merchants and transaction volumes.
  • Ensure merchant deals comply with the agreed acquiring policy.
  • Collect required documentation from clients according to merchant category and acquiring policy.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition activities.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in merchant acquisition or sales within e‑commerce or POS environments.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring policies and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking targets and reporting.
