E-commerce Product Listing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Data Entry Associate with advanced Excel skills to support our e‑commerce product submission process. The role involves entering and maintaining product data across multiple online marketplaces while ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and upload product data (titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, images) to platforms such as Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair using advanced Excel functions.
• Manage product information in spreadsheets, handling variations like size, color and style.
• Organize and maintain product files in Dropbox, ensuring proper naming and easy access for the team.
• Perform quality checks and resolve submission issues by monitoring statuses and working with platform support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep product data consistent across all channels.

Required profile

• Expert in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed English instructions.
• Proficiency in using Dropbox for file management.
• Prior experience in data entry, preferably for e‑commerce or product management.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
