Early Years P.E. Teacher

About the role

SKILLS School is seeking a dedicated P.E. Teacher for Early Years to join its on‑site team in Giza. The successful candidate will design and deliver age‑appropriate physical education lessons that foster motor‑skill development, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily P.E. lessons for early‑year learners.
• Organise and supervise sports and physical activities, ensuring a safe environment.
• Manage equipment, learning spaces and maintain orderly classrooms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with the broader curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with families and school leadership about student progress.
• Observe, assess and adapt activities to meet diverse abilities and needs.
• Participate in school events, professional development and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or certification in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching young children in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusive practices and positive behaviour support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a multicultural environment.
