Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Dafeer is seeking a full‑time Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimise its online retail channels. Based on‑site in Markaz Tanta, you will drive sales, improve conversion rates and enhance the overall digital shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions and user experience.
• Monitor site performance, analyse customer behaviour and use data to increase traffic, engagement and revenue.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Oversee online merchandising, inventory control and order‑fulfilment workflows.
• Ensure accurate, compelling content across all ecommerce channels.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports and propose strategic initiatives for growth.

Required profile

• Strong e‑commerce expertise with a proven track record in platform management and online merchandising.
• Demonstrated digital marketing skills, including SEO and performance‑driven campaign execution.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data, track KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with experience driving conversions and optimising customer journeys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
