eCommerce Specialist – Egypt

About the role

The eCommerce Specialist will support the digital acceleration agenda for the Egypt market, driving profitable growth across eCommerce and omni‑channel platforms within a fast‑evolving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and manage P&L for assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Oversee portal operations, including product listings, pricing, content accuracy and promotional activations.
• Lead SEO initiatives and support digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversion.
• Handle eCommerce‑related customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Analyze sales trends, promotional effectiveness and customer behavior, producing dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service to launch products and coordinate omni‑channel initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong commercial discipline with proven ability to manage account‑level profitability.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
• Hands‑on experience executing digital initiatives in an FMCG or fast‑moving consumer goods context.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
