Econometrics Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced econometrics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that learn economic reasoning and statistical analysis. In this remote, hourly contract role you will apply your teaching expertise to ensure AI models generate accurate and clear econometric explanations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate econometric questions, models, and explanations used in AI training datasets.
• Assess statistical accuracy, underlying assumptions, and interpretation of quantitative results.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance AI reasoning quality and clarity.
• Identify errors, misconceptions, and edge cases based on real‑world teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching econometrics or quantitative economics.
• Strong command of regression analysis, causal inference, and statistical methods.
• Ability to clearly explain and rigorously evaluate quantitative reasoning.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with statistical tools such as R, Stata, or Python.
