Econometrics Instructor – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking experienced econometrics instructors and quantitative economists to help evaluate and improve AI systems that are trained on economic reasoning and statistical analysis. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands, explains, and applies complex econometric concepts, influencing the future of AI in economics and data science.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate econometric questions, models, and explanations used in AI training datasets.
• Assess statistical accuracy, underlying assumptions, and interpretation of quantitative results.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance AI reasoning quality and clarity.
• Identify errors, misconceptions, and edge cases based on real‑world teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching econometrics or quantitative economics.
• Strong command of regression analysis, causal inference, and statistical methods.
• Ability to clearly explain and rigorously evaluate quantitative reasoning.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with statistical tools such as R, Stata, or Python.
