About the role

CACTUS is looking for a dedicated editor with expertise in cardiology and vascular medicine to help researchers publish their work in top‑tier journals. You will combine strong language skills with subject‑area knowledge to ensure manuscripts are clear, accurate, and ready for submission.

Key responsibilities

• Edit scientific manuscripts so the final text meets standard scientific English and is free of unclear or unidiomatic sentences.
• Follow job‑specific guidelines and format papers according to the target journal’s requirements.
• Verify that all subject‑specific conventions and terminology are correctly applied.

Required profile

• PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in cardiology, vascular medicine, or a related biomedical field.
• Excellent proficiency in English with a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience in scientific or medical editing is highly desirable.
