Educational Consultant – On‑site (Cairo)

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking an Educational Consultant to work full‑time on‑site in Cairo. You will guide prospective learners through the academy’s training programmes, assess their educational and career objectives, and recommend the most suitable pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with candidates, both in person and via phone or email.
• Deliver information sessions that clearly explain programme options and benefits.
• Collaborate with trainers and the recruitment team to ensure accurate programme details and a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up with candidates, and support outreach activities.
• Provide feedback to improve training programmes and learner services.

Required profile

• Strong background in educational consulting or related fields.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work full‑time on‑site in Cairo.
• Experience in educational institutions, training centres, or recruitment agencies is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM or student information systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
