Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our manufacturing plant’s engineering team. The role supports the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning electrical equipment, panels, and control systems.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and electrical infrastructure.
• Participate in diagnosing electrical faults and implementing quick resolutions to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.
• Help implement automation and control system upgrades.
• Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.
• Prepare and update electrical documentation, drawings, and maintenance reports.
• Contribute to project execution, including material list preparation and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control circuits.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous learning.
