Electrical Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate all electrical works on our construction sites, ensuring that installations are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all electrical works (Power, Control, Low Current) according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Direct technicians, helpers and labor to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Prepare and review subcontractors’ invoices and progress payments in coordination with the Project Electrical Engineer.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and verify executed quantities.
• Coordinate with site engineers to review drawings and resolve execution issues.
• Prepare material take‑offs, issue material requests and follow up procurement and delivery with stores and purchasing departments.
• Ensure all delivered materials comply with approved technical specifications.
• Prepare daily manpower and productivity reports and compare actual progress against the project schedule.
• Oversee electrical maintenance works related to site services and generators.
• Ensure compliance with site Health & Safety regulations and procedures.

Required profile

• Intermediate or higher qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on major construction projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, productivity tracking and material take‑offs.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical schematics.
• Strong team management and supervision skills for technicians and subcontractors.
• Effective coordination with technical offices, warehouses and procurement departments.
