About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You will work on maintaining and improving electrical systems while gaining exposure to a variety of engineering functions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Support and train technicians and junior staff on best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 0‑2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.
