Electrical Maintenance Manager – Alexandria

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our electrical and mechanical maintenance team in Alexandria, ensuring operational excellence, safety and reliability of our assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical maintenance professionals, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical and mechanical assets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical system failures to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and inventory of electrical components and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, asset performance and operational metrics.
• Drive initiatives for energy efficiency and sustainable maintenance practices.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of progressive experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including managerial or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and hands‑on problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, resources and maintenance projects.
• Excellent understanding of industrial safety regulations and compliance.
