Electrical Power Design Engineer

About the role
UGCE Consultants is seeking an Electrical Power Design Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team in Alexandria, Egypt. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing electrical power systems for a variety of projects, working closely with other engineering disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed electrical designs and schematics for power distribution and energy systems.
- Review and verify technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions into overall project designs.
- Support the planning, execution, and testing of electrical power installations on‑site.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Power specialization preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in electrical design.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of electrical design standards and codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in DIALux and DIALux EVO.
- Proficiency in ETAP.
