Electrical Projects Sales Engineer (Outdoor)

About the role

The Electrical Projects Sales Engineer will lead outdoor sales and business development for electrical projects. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive the full sales cycle from quotation to project award.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical projects.
• Visit clients, contractors, consultants and project sites to understand requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and internal teams to ensure solution fit.
• Negotiate with clients and monitor projects until award and order completion.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Own a personal car and be willing to travel regularly for business visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with contractors, consultants and purchasing departments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities and follow projects from initial contact to closing.
• Good presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Awareness of competitors, their products and market activities.
