Electronics Program Manager – Innovation & Ecosystem Development

About the role

The Electronics Program Manager will lead national initiatives that strengthen Egypt’s electronics ecosystem. You will coordinate universities, startups, and industry partners to drive hardware innovation, embedded systems, and AI hardware development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage national programs supporting electronics design, embedded systems, hardware innovation and AI hardware.
• Design and oversee enablement programs, technology innovation labs and industry‑sponsored design challenges.
• Engage global electronics companies to sponsor design programs, establish joint labs and mentor startups.
• Define program objectives, timelines, budgets and KPIs, and monitor performance across multiple partners.
• Prepare executive progress reports and ensure alignment with strategic outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in electronics industry development.
• 5+ years managing multi‑technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of product development life‑cycle, financial and procurement practices.
• Technical knowledge of technology transfer processes and coordination with governmental agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
