Electronics/Mechatronics Engineer – Technical & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Arms Surveying & Automation is seeking an Electronics/Mechatronics Engineer to act as Technical and Operations Coordinator. The role combines hands‑on technical work on surveying and automation equipment with administrative support for daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support of electronic and machine‑control systems.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and evaluation of new equipment.
• Support technical projects related to surveying, automation, laser leveling and machine control.
• Prepare and file technical, service and project reports.
• Organise technical records, project files and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution and operational planning.
• Contribute to process improvement and internal system development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Good organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of responsibility, commitment and attention to detail.
