Employee Specialist – Offboarding (Life Cycle)

About the role

The Employee Specialist Life Cycle (ELC) will own the off‑boarding experience for employees across the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for managers and staff, you will ensure a smooth, compliant and timely exit process while promoting self‑service use of SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee off‑boarding, handling queries from managers and employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain accurate HC service delivery.
• Provide advisory support, meet defined KPIs and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Monitor and approve data changes submitted through the SuccessFactors self‑service portal.
• Maintain data accuracy in SuccessFactors and log activities in the ticketing system.
• Train new HC Ops Associates on relevant processes.
• Maintain monthly trackers for assigned operating companies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an HR services environment.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HR service delivery module).
