About the role
EasyTalk Academy is seeking a passionate English Conversation Instructor to lead evening classes for adult learners. The role focuses on developing students' real‑world communication skills through interactive conversation sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well‑structured English conversation lessons for various proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to support each student’s progress.
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the offline team to ensure smooth batch transitions.
Required profile
- Strong English proficiency with solid ELT experience.
- Proven experience teaching adults at different English levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field (preferred).
- TESOL, TEFL or equivalent certification is a plus.
