English Instructor

About the role

The English Instructor will deliver in‑person English language training to learners of various proficiency levels at Pro. UPGRADE’s 10th of Ramadan centre. This contract role involves planning interactive lessons, preparing course materials, and adapting content to meet learner needs and training objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, learner‑centered English lessons for adults and professionals.
• Prepare and customise course materials, activities, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and participation, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Collaborate with the training team to align content with program goals.
• Foster a professional, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
• Contribute ideas for course enhancement and overall training quality.

Required profile

• Strong instructional skills in English teaching with the ability to engage adult learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience teaching English in a classroom or training centre; experience with both kids and adults is a plus.
• Ability to design learner‑centered activities and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan according to scheduled training hours.
