About the role

We are seeking a passionate English Instructor to join 4Level1, a leading English language institute. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to adult learners and young students, fostering a supportive learning environment, and contributing to the institute’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive English classes tailored to adults or children.
• Plan lessons in line with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and track attendance.
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Maintain effective classroom management at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and class activities.
• Collaborate with academic supervisors to enhance teaching quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with adults and/or children.
• TEFL or CELTA certification preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
