English Instructor

About the role

Accor is seeking an English Instructor to design and deliver language training for its employees worldwide. You will work closely with management to identify learning needs and create engaging instructional programs that enhance communication skills across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop learning strategies and training plans based on needs assessments.
• Evaluate employee skill levels and select participants in collaboration with managers.
• Design, develop, and produce training materials such as workbooks, manuals, job aids, and posters.
• Prepare and set up training sessions, including required equipment and electronic tools.
• Deliver interactive classroom sessions and maintain attendance records.
• Ensure classroom discipline, manage participant behavior, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Facilitate graduation events and issue certificates.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Experience in developing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Strong ability to assess learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capacity to maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
