English Language Instructor

About the role

Accor is seeking an English Language Instructor to design, deliver, and manage English training programs for its employees. You will work closely with management to assess learning needs, create engaging curricula, and ensure participants achieve language proficiency that supports their daily responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop learning strategies aligned with identified gaps.
• Select participants in collaboration with managers and promote training opportunities to maintain full class schedules.
• Design, develop, and produce training materials such as workbooks, manuals, job aids, and posters.
• Prepare and set up training sessions, including required equipment and electronic tools.
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, maintain attendance records, and enforce classroom discipline.
• Provide accommodations for employees with disabilities and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with management to recognize employee performance and ensure necessary resources are available.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Experience in adult education, corporate training, or language instruction.
• Ability to listen actively, respond positively to questions, and build trust with learners.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a welcoming attitude toward all participants.
