About the role

SYE English Community is seeking enthusiastic English Language Teachers to join its growing network of branches and online classrooms. The position can be full‑time, part‑time or freelance, allowing flexibility to suit different professional preferences. Teachers will deliver engaging lessons that help learners improve their English proficiency and achieve personal and professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive English lessons for diverse learner groups.
• Create customized lesson plans and educational materials aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and feedback sessions.
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, both onsite and online.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to ensure consistent quality of instruction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in English teaching, classroom management and lesson planning.
• Ability to work with learners of varying ages and proficiency levels.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a multicultural setting.
• Passion for motivating students and fostering language development.
