English Language Trainer – Cairo

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking a full‑time English Language Trainer to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality English language and communication lessons to individuals and groups, helping learners improve their proficiency and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for diverse learner groups.
• Apply dynamic teaching methodologies to facilitate language acquisition.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student development and performance.
• Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English teaching, language instruction, and general teaching methodologies.
• Strong foundation in educational principles and practices.
• Effective writing skills for lesson planning and student evaluations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as an English Language Trainer or relevant teaching experience (a plus).
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
• Passion for education and empowering learners from diverse backgrounds.
