About the role
Teleperformance Cairo is looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to support telecom and travel accounts. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and, where applicable, promoting sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound contacts for telecom and travel clients.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products when relevant.
- Maintain high service quality while adhering to performance metrics.
- Work flexible rotational and night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level).
- Available to start immediately.
- Willingness to work night and rotational shifts.

What we offer
- Net salary of 20,500 EGP (including KPI‑based Euro equivalent).
- Night‑shift allowance of 1,000 EGP.
- Performance bonuses of $200 every three months.
