About the role
American Egyptian Academy is seeking an experienced English Teacher Trainer to join its Academic Team in Nasr City, Cairo. The role focuses on preparing new English instructors and elevating the teaching standards across the academy.
Key responsibilities
- Train and onboard newly hired English instructors.
- Conduct teaching demonstrations and assess instructor performance.
- Support instructors in methodology, lesson delivery, and classroom management.
- Design and deliver professional development workshops.
- Ensure teaching quality and compliance with academic standards.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum three years of experience as an English instructor.
- Proven experience training, coaching, or developing English instructors in language academies or educational institutions.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- Relevant certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, Train the Trainer, or equivalent.
